Originally starting off as a small trend, ‘health and wellness’ has now become a full on lifestyle for a huge amount of people. We’re more health conscious than ever, taking the time to consider what we’re putting into our bodies, the people and energy we surround ourselves with and the world we live in. It’s important to take some downtime to relax, and let loose every now and then. Festivals are a brilliant way to have fun and escape for a few days, but constant partying tends to take its toll. After a weekend of sleep deprivation, non-stop partying, junk food, alcohol and who knows what other substances, you’ve definitely not done your body and favours. We’ve come up with a list of Asia’s best health and wellness festivals so you can enjoy all the fun of festivals whilst giving yourself some much needed TLC. This way you’ll come away feeling refreshed instead of burnt out.
